Alberto is a contraband cigarette seller who seeks to escape poverty through fighting, but his noble and submissive nature keeps him from advancing. To succeed in the ring, he must first overcome himself in life, unleashing his darkest, most violent, and irrational side to earn enough money to support his family. The problem is that such a radical transformation seems to drag him in only one direction: madness.
